Permission for your inputs and use
Use only images, videos, text, audio, and other material that you own or have permission to use for the requested generation. Obtain any necessary permission to use another person's likeness, voice, or personal information. Permission to edit material does not automatically include permission to publish it or use it commercially.
You are responsible for your inputs, instructions, and how you share or use generated content. Do not present synthetic or edited content as an authentic recording when that would mislead others.
No sexually explicit or NSFW content
Do not upload, request, generate, or share sexually explicit, pornographic, or other NSFW sexual content. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualized edits of a real person without their consent are prohibited.
No graphic violence or gore
Do not upload, request, generate, or share graphic violence, gore, extreme injury, or content that encourages or glorifies real-world violence. Do not use the service to threaten a person or help someone carry out physical harm.
No hateful content
Do not create or distribute content that promotes hatred, dehumanizes people, or encourages discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics. Targeted hateful abuse and harassment are prohibited.
Protect children
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of children, and attempts to sexualize anyone who is or may be underage are prohibited. This includes synthetic or edited material, requests, and depictions that facilitate child abuse.
No deceptive impersonation or deepfakes
Do not create or share deceptive impersonations or deepfakes intended to mislead others about a real person's identity, speech, actions, endorsement, or participation in an event. Do not use generated content as fabricated evidence or for fraud. Clearly disclose synthetic or edited content when its context could otherwise mislead a viewer.
Respect intellectual property and other rights
Do not upload, generate, or distribute material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other protected rights. Images, music, logos, characters, and performances may require separate permission. A reference, trend, or generated result does not itself provide a license to use someone else's material.
Content checks and enforcement
The scope of automated content checks is described below. A check does not establish copyright or likeness permission, authenticity, or eligibility for a payment channel. You remain responsible for the material you provide and how you use a result.
The operator reviews reports using the information available and may request more detail. Depending on the finding, misuse may lead to refusal of a request, restriction or removal of content accessible through the service, or suspension or termination of access. This is not a promise of automatic removal or round-the-clock human review.
Any remaining purchased credits and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Restricting or closing an account does not mean that unused purchased credits are automatically erased.
What content checks cover
Only the final text prompt is checked through Waffo’s free text-check interface before a generation is submitted.
No additional media-review process checks uploaded or generated images or videos. Generated results do not wait for an additional media check.
Prompt checks can miss prohibited material and do not guarantee that a generated result is safe or compliant. They do not establish copyright or likeness permission, consent, authenticity, or approval by an international card network.
A completed result being available to view, download or share does not mean its media content has been reviewed. The acceptable-use rules still apply, and concerns can be reported using the contact details below.
Report a concern
Include the relevant page or result URL, an order reference if available, and a clear description of the concern. For a rights complaint, explain the rights involved and your authority to report it. Do not redistribute harmful material or include passwords or payment details.

Review and handling: Within 7 business days of receiving a report.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in the Asia/Shanghai time zone (UTC+8). The period starts when the reporting inbox receives the report.
If a complex case needs more time, we will explain the reason and provide an updated target before the original deadline.
A report is sent only when you send the email. Preparing or downloading a draft does not notify the operator.
